This is a photo ID BioBlitz only. To participate in the BioBlitz you will need to register on-line or on-site before noon on the 27th of July. The area being covered by the BioBlitz are the Chiricahua and Pelloncillo Mountains and everything in-between. If you are going to be participating in Arizona you will need to come to the Registration Area at the Chiricahua Desert Museum and fill out a Volunteer Form with Arizona Game and Fish before participating. We want to make sure that if you have to handle an animal you will do so legally. You can stop by the Chiricahua Desert Museum any time after 9 am New Mexico time to submit your data to the wildlife coordinators. All data collected will be available for private, state and federal agencies to help better understand the flora and fauna of this amazing area.
